Psychotherapy

One-on-one therapy to gain clarity, heal emotional wounds, and build lasting resilience.

Individual psychotherapy with Dr. Weber is a collaborative, confidential space to work through what feels stuck — anxiety, burnout, difficult relationships, life transitions, or patterns that keep repeating despite your best efforts.

How Dr. Weber works

Dr. Weber practices from a heart-centric relational framework: the relationship between therapist and client is itself part of the work, and lasting change grows out of genuine connection rather than technique alone. Sessions integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness, and somatic approaches — attending to the body as well as the mind.

Who it's for

Many of Dr. Weber's clients are high-performing professionals and entrepreneurs who appear to be thriving on the outside while struggling with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, emotional exhaustion, or disconnection in their closest relationships. Others come during a turning point — a loss, a move, a career change — wanting more than symptom relief: a deeper understanding of themselves.

What to expect

The first sessions focus on understanding your story and what you want to change, then shaping a way of working that fits you. Therapy is not advice-giving; it is a structured, supportive process of discovering your own patterns and building the capacity to choose differently.

Dr. Weber is a licensed clinical psychologist (California license 34410).
