Group Therapy

Support, connection, and growth in a safe and collaborative group setting.

Group therapy offers something individual work cannot: the experience of being seen, supported, and gently challenged by peers who are doing the same work you are.

Why a group

Much of what brings people to therapy — feeling isolated, struggling to set boundaries, fearing judgment, repeating relationship patterns — shows up between people. A well-led group becomes a safe laboratory for noticing those patterns in real time and practicing new ways of relating, with honest feedback and encouragement.

How Dr. Weber's groups run

Groups are small, confidential, and carefully composed so members can both give and receive support. Dr. Weber facilitates actively: keeping the space safe, drawing out quieter voices, and connecting individual experiences to the themes the group shares — resilience, authenticity, connection.

Who it's for

Group therapy suits people who want to deepen work begun in individual therapy, who feel alone with an experience others share, or who specifically want to grow in how they relate to others. It can stand alone or complement individual sessions.

Group offerings vary through the year — get in touch to hear what is currently forming.
