This policy describes what information this website (www.drazadehweber.com) collects and how it is used. It applies to the website only. Clinical care is governed by separate confidentiality obligations and privacy practices, which Dr. Weber provides directly to clients in their intake paperwork.

What this site collects

Contact form. If you send a message, we receive the details you enter: first and last name, email address, phone number, and your message. To help prevent abuse, the submission also records the page it was sent from, your IP address, and your browser type.

Newsletter form. If you subscribe, we store your email address and the fact that you consented to receive the newsletter.

Nothing else. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics, does not set cookies, and does not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

How your information is used and stored

Form submissions are stored securely on Google Cloud (Firestore, hosted in the United States) and delivered to Dr. Weber's practice email. Email notifications are sent through Brevo, a transactional email provider, acting as a processor on our behalf. Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry or to send the newsletter you requested, and is accessible only to Dr. Weber and her practice.

Please do not include confidential health information in the contact form. It is a general inquiry channel, not a secure clinical communication tool.

Third-party services you may choose to use

Online booking links go to Zocdoc, which has its own privacy policy.
New client forms are completed on FormDr, a secure forms service, under its own privacy policy.
Links to press articles and social media lead to sites we don't control.

Retention and your choices

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain ordinary business records. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you may request a copy or deletion of the information this website holds about you by emailing azadeh@drazadehweber.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law.

Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
