No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

Dr. Azadeh Weber strives to provide quality care and convenient scheduling for all of her clients. Please take the time to review Dr. Weber’s Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

Late Cancellation Fee:  All appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are subject to a Late Cancellation Fee of $100. This includes rescheduling appointments without a 24 hour notice as well.

No-Show Fee: If a client misses the appointment completely, or if they are late, they will still be charged the full price for the session. Dr. Weber will wait 15 minutes for a client to join a session.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know by email, text, or voice mail as soon as possible.

​

Late Cancellations and No-Shows can affect the provider and staff members, as well as potential clients who might have preferred that time.

 

A No-Show or a Late Cancellation fee will be waived only at the discretion of the provider.
